COLLIHOLE

The Two Moors Way

This spectacular walk runs less than 600 yards from the cottages. The walk is coast to coast, however there are numerous circular walks incorporating the route.

Meldon Hill Walk

A short distance from Collihole. Having summited the hill, the path leads to Chagford.

Fernworthy Reservoir

A 2.5 mile walk from Collihole. Once reached there are a great many walks within the forest and around the reservoir.

Grimspond

A little further afield, this ancient iron-age settlement can be reached from a parking area on the moor itself. A visit to the nearby Warren Inn is a reward !

Castle Drogo to Fingle Bridge

A riverside walk with the Fingle Inn as a halfway stop.
